No one answered the phone. We are trying to find a base for an outdoor lamp. The box and mounting hardware show a square base, and it's not included.

A very light hail (which didn't even damage my flowers) left holes in my panels of the gazebo. Water and dirt are now in it, and neither Lowe's nor Allan and Roth will help to compensate me.

After a ton of calls and emails, a very nice customer service lady has found me some replacements, but there is a $400 charge for 5 panels. I feel the panels were not adequately made, as this should not be this damaged.

Purchased Allen & Roth LED lighted medicine cabinet from Lowe's model #255****, and within a year, the top two hinges on the mirror broke and cracked the mirror. I called to get replacement parts, and they do not have any available.

I'm stuck with a cabinet with no mirror, a piece of junk! I have to purchase an entirely new cabinet, so I do not recommend this.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing; it's not a unique problem with this cabinet. I will not purchase anything from Allen & Roth again.

All we wanted to do was a globe that was missing from the box since the item is now discontinued. We had the box, item # etc but they couldnt help- without the receipt.

The plastic globe was cracked. I just need a new one without taking the whole thing back.

I purchased a medicine cabinet for my daughter's bathroom, and the hinges are faulty. When opening the cabinet, the mirror almost falls off.

I called the customer service department, and they kept transferring me after telling me they can't get me the replacement hinges.

The product is on the shelf for sale currently, so beware. If you purchase Allen and Roth products, you are on your own and don't expect any support when they fall apart.

These shade are junk the batterys dont last. I have had two batteries go bad in just over one year!

And there are no replacements available.

It took 6 phone calls to different number and place for them to tell me they dont have replacement batteries available. Why would have a shade available with no replacement batteries.

I have reached a place where buying anything from Lowes and allen+roth will never happen. I spent thousands of dollars at Lowes in the last two years, and they sale allen+roth products exclusively.

I'm ready to bust a thousand dollars of porcelain tiles marketed by allen+roth off my floors and walls. As far as I'm concerned neither of these two companies have a customer service department.

Service customer said they couldnt hear me, Im calling about a resin teared waterfall that is leaking and I just want to return it to Lowes for a replacement!!!

Tried called customer service. Never get through to talk to about it just purchase faucet.

The soap dispenser is broke.

Needed to take off outer cage to spray paint. Phone call was of no help in disassembling the Valdosta gazebo fan.

The lady was very helpful, she put me on a brief hold to find out the correct size of the missing tool.

The mirror on the medicine cabinet is all scratched up and I purchased one already and you cant even see in it and also the handles to the sink cabinet is broken and needs replaced. No help was taken so far.
