My husband and I purchased patio furniture in Lowe's about 2 years ago. Very nice set but the table is rusted on top and the side of the table aluminum is peeling and also rusted.

The company says nothing is wrong with the floor and the spots keep coming . The floor is crap, looks dirty after mopping.
It's disgusting to have a 30 year warranty and after 4 years the floor looks hideous.
I try and hide the spots with rugs. Defeats the purpose of a lamanent floor in the kitchen !
Did that, sent pictures, was informed I was something left from installation or I wasnt cleaning my floors. Yes I sweep and mop weekly. They then said try acetone. Common sense tells me not to try it on a large area, still the spots remain.
Asked the company to send someone out to look at it because the color was coming off on my mop. Their reply we dont have enough people in North America to send out to look. Their next suggestion was try vinegar and water then a steam mop. Did that and plain water 9 times over half of my kitchen..guess what.
Spots still there. Their final suggestion was to use a *** but it would void the warranty. A 30 year warranty that was worthless and the flooring looks horrible like its never been cleaned. Lowes offered a discounted price on new flooring but I would have to pay to have the old removed and new installed.
Financially that is not an option to change my floor every 4 years. Best solution was to get a rug and cover the ugly floor till I can afford a better flooring. Will attach pictures.
Will never buy Allen and Roth crap ever again. Cotton round shows where color is coming off floor, right after mopping !

I purchased a chevron patterned Butcher Block Island top in December 2024 and installed it. This week (mid-January 2025) I discovered that part of the chevron pattern had split apart.
Since I bought it at Lowe's I went to them for assistance. Because I had modified the piece (I made a cutout for a cook top), there was nothing they could do. They referred me to Allen and Roth customer service as a warranty issue.
I spoke to a representative there, and they gave me a return authorization in order to bring it back to Lowe's for a refund/exchange without hesitation or hassle.
I returned the Butcher Block top and exchanged it for a different style without an issue. I'm very pleased with my experience.

Medicine cabinet mirror
The mirror on the medicine cabinet is all scratched up and I purchased one already and you cant even see in it and also the handles to the sink cabinet is broken and needs replaced. No help was taken so far.

I went to Lowes theyre your supplier they said my gazebo is discontinued to call Allen and Roth to see if they have parts which they dont which I think you should just people are buying your products so I really dont recommend anybody to buy Allen and Roth products I hope you will come to your senses and get parts For your gazebos that people need

We purchased several chairs rail boards for our home renovation project and after installing the first 3 boards realized that some of the board (with the same item number and price) we completely different than the first 3! They were half the thickness and didn't line up with the first boards at all!
Took them to Lowe's only to be told the original thicker boards are no longer being made!! So we can't complete our project!! We have to start all over with a severely lesser quality product FOR THE SAME PRICE!! I will never purchase another Allen & Roth product again!!
Greedy corporate PIGS!!!
Charging the same and putting out a CRAP product!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

I just installed a track lighting system. This kit included a small plastic lamp installation tool that is necessary to install the lamps after the system is installed.
There are 4 pins that hold the lamp while installing. Pin 1 broke during 1st lamp install. Two more pins broke on lamp 2 and 3 install.
I cannot install lamp 4. The install part is not available according to Lowes and allen and roth do not reply to assistance requests submitted on their web site

The only technical support people who you can talk to is Lowe's. All they do is offer to send replacement parts. They are not helpful in getting any help or advice

The brand-new batteries started beeping in the receiver within a few hours. I was sent a replacement receiver and remote.
We went through the learning steps of the replacements and the receiver still beeps.
I contacted GHP for a second time. I replaced the batteries, completed the learning process, and am now holding my breath that I don't have to make a third call.

- Receiver goes through batteries every 3 or 4 hours
Preferred solution: The fireplace operating correctly without replacing batteries every 3-4 hours.

They came back with the answer I needed. This was the only way I could find to contact Alan and Roth, and it worked well.
I managed to speak to someone who assured me that the answer was no - no flame retardants in the fabric.
